A few years ago, I was sitting in a corporate boardroom, pipeline reports on one side, burnout on the other — wondering how the hell I’d ended up here.
On paper, I had it all. Behind the scenes? Anxiety. Guilt. A deep restlessness I couldn’t shake. I was burnt out, disconnected, and playing a role that never really fit.
So I did the unthinkable. I quit without a backup plan, sold my car in a supermarket car park, and booked a one-way flight to Bali.
Since then, I’ve rebuilt my life and business from the ground up - not by following a perfect plan, but by learning how to trust myself, regulate my nervous system, and build from my soul.
I’ve hosted healing workshops for 100+ people at companies like TikTok, Ernst & Young, and other global giants — helping high performers reconnect with their bodies, unlock their vision, and remember who they are beyond the job title.
